The club holds walks for Club members and their beagles in and
around Sydney. These take in all the sights, sounds, and smells that
Sydney has to offer, and range from easy rambles around dog-friendly
parks to slightly more demanding walks along bush tracks. Some walks
are a loop, others aim for a destination and then return along the
same route. Bring or buy your own food and drink for yourself or
your beagles. Ensure that you wear suitable clothing, especially
footwear and rainwear.
If you would like to come on a walk, please arrive in plenty of
time. If the weather is poor on the day of a walk, the walk will be
cancelled. If a walk is cancelled, the Walks Coordinator will email
all club members on the morning of the walk. If you want to check
whether a walk is on as advertised, please telephone the Beagle
Walks Coordinator beforehand.
To involve as many Beagle Club members as possible, we are
especially keen for you to let us know about your favourite walks in
your area. Please feel free to email or telephone the Beagle Walks
Coordinator with information such as walk location, difficulty,
duration, length, short description, and so on.
Hope you and your beagles can come. However for safety, health,
and insurance coverage reasons, it must be stressed that these walks
have been organised for club members and their beagles only.
